| How long does the cave tour take? |
 | The tour takes 35 minutes.
| Do I need to bring a jacket? |
 | The temperature of the cave is 47 degrees year round. If you get cold easily, a light jacket is recommended, especially if the outside temperature is cool. However, on hot days, it feels good to go in the cave and get a break from the heat.
| What time do the tours leave? |
 | Once you purchase your tickets, it is generally a 20 minute wait until your tour leaves. On extremely busy days, the wait can be a little longer than 20 minutes. When busy we have boats leaving every 7-9 minutes, in order to minimize your wait.
| We have a group of 12, can we all fit in one boat? |
 | No. We generally limit boats to 9 people plus our tour guide. Depending on the number of children and the size of the people, we occasionally fit 1 or 2 extra people per boat.
| Is the ride suitable for people with disabilities? |
 | We accommodate people of all ages and abilities on the tour. Because you ride in a boat, the amount of physical activity is minimal. There is a slight step to get in the boat, which we can assist people with. At the entrance of the cave, the ceiling is quite low, requiring people to bend over at the waist and lean forward, in order to avoid hitting your head on the cave ceiling.
| Do you need to call ahead for reservations? |
 | We do not take reservations for the cave tours. We do take reservations for camping sites. In order to guarantee the type of hook-up and site you desire, give us a call.
| Is there anything else to do once we complete our tour? |
 | We have a gift/snack shop where you are free to browse. Cave goers also can use the playground equipment and picnic area for free. We have a swimming lake and beach that costs $2.00 per person for swimming.
| I will be arriving late for my campsite, what time does your office close? |
 | The store closes around 5:30-6 pm. After that, we have a host couple who will assist you with night check in near the entrance to our campground.
| Do you take credit cards? |
 | Yes we do! Visa and MasterCard.
